Partnering with the BETR Project (The Business and Education Talent Readiness Project), DeBourgh allowed Monarch Digital to film and produce a brief introduction of their company. The BETR Project is compiling an inventory of these introductory videos to allow southern Colorado schools to present and discuss the companies and the skills needed to obtain a job and a career. The students learn about DeBourgh Manufacturing and the skills needed to joing the company. DeBourgh gets tremendous exposure to potential candidates in an educational environment.
